Calm Core Hatha
$30/Hour or $25 per person if 2+
In the midst of a demanding week, carve out time for yourself with Calm Core Hatha. This class offers a unique blend of gentle Hatha postures designed to build your inner and outer strength, while cultivating a deep sense of tranquility.
We'll move through a series of standing and grounded poses that focus on engaging your core – the center of your physical power and mental stability. Expect to enhance your posture, increase flexibility, and build lean muscle, all while releasing the tension of daily life.
This is more than just a yoga class; it's a sanctuary. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you'll discover a steady, calming energy that carries you beyond the mat. Mindfulness Circles
$120/Hour minimum 4 People + $10 additional person
Join me for an enriching one-hour Mindfulness Circle, where we explore practical techniques to cultivate presence and enhance well-being. This interactive session offers a supportive space to connect with yourself and others, fostering a deeper understanding of mindfulness and its transformative potential.
We'll begin with gentle introductions and icebreakers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for open sharing. We then engage in a mindful eating activity, a sensory exploration that anchors us in the present moment. Through guided discussion, we'll demystify mindfulness, clarifying its principles and practical applications.
Experience the calming power of guided meditation, followed by reflective journaling to process your insights. Together, we'll brainstorm personalized strategies for integrating mindfulness into your daily life, identifying moments where these practices can bring greater clarity and peace.

About Terri & Bloom Yoga
Hi, I'm Terri. My yoga journey began at 20, as doctor's recommendation to address weight and mental health challenges. Initially, I felt self-conscious and limited, struggling with basic poses. But practicing yoga at home, I discovered its transformative power.
Gradually, I regained flexibility, reignited my love for dance, and embraced a healthier lifestyle. Yoga helped me overcome depression, revealing a confident, vibrant version of myself. It became a constant, supporting me through health, travel, hobbies, marriage, personal relationships, and personal growth.
I'm not the 'perfect yogi' – I enjoy balance, not perfection. But I understand the stress and overwhelm of modern life. That's why I teach yoga: to share its mental (improving mental health and getting more attuned and clear to your higher, or better self), emotional (finding self-love, self-confidence, and self-compassion while balancing emotional stability), and physical benefits (managing weight, stability, mobility, strength, and chronic pain). It's a tool for peace, clarity, and self-love.
Through BLOOM YOGA, I aim to create a supportive space where we prioritize self-care, not as a selfish act, but as a foundation for a happier, more connected world. Let's find our best selves, together.
